Very accessible to public transport. The location is very near to various known universities(Like U.P.Iloilo others). The hotel staffs were very helpful. The only set back is that they don't serve complimentary breakfast(but you can order) from the restaurant that is close every Monday.

The front desk staff was no good as they don't greet customers when arrived at their premises. Great hotel starts with having great customer service starting off by welcoming them.

Location is good, there are food/coffee stations nearby. Ample parking space and is also secure.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Located right next to the Old mansion/manor. Great value for your money. They offer optional breakfast at additional fee which is not available unless you ask. Located walking distance to University of the Philippines in iloilo.

I seldom to visit the place where my Mom grew up, from Iloilo, but this experience brought so much joy in my heart. The sunset was so perfect that resembles to one of the beaches in Europe. Amazing! Food and creativity with quiet and peaceful surrounding area of water. Surely I will always be here from now..

Staff at this hotel were young, pleasant enough, but I would suggest a course in service, quality, and cleanliness. We booked a double room some months in advance, arrived at 10pm , and found 2 single beds instead of a double. The toilet …

Horrible! On my first day stay, I've noticed the bathroom smells awful coming from the sink drainage of the lavatory. The water in the sink is draining slow. I called the hotel attendant named jomar to inform the management concerning this matter .
